Shop at our Sweet Farm Stand!

November 20, 2023: Greetings! The Farm Stand is now permanently closed!

We have been serving Edison, Bow and beyond at our Farm Stand since 2016. However, we (Farmers Linda and Walter) are retiring and our Farm Stand permanently closed at the end of the day on Sunday Nov 19, 2023! This is a bittersweet moment for us! We have loved having our Farm Stand and growing produce for our nearby community, local restaurants and for areas further afield via the Puget Sound Food Hub.

We will soon have this season’s everlasting flower bouquets. They will not be in the stand before we close it down, but feel free to contact us via the website or email us if you’d like a bouquet made for you or for a gift. In addition, you will soon find our everlasting bouquets at Terramar Brewstillery in Edison.

We are not leaving the farm so stay tuned for what is next for us and the farm. We hope to keep our land in production and may have some future pop-ups, or classes or????

Check out our Product List for what we grew in 2023; much of which is still in the stand!

We are small and grow it all right here. There are larger and wonderful neighboring farms that we simply adore, and sometimes shop at (farmers need farmers!), with capacity to bring in products from other farmers and food purveyors. What is unique about our farm, is that everything we sell is grown right here on our farm in Bow, WA, by Walter and Linda and our farm assistant!

We’ve been told by customers that they shop at our stand because everything is reliably perfect and fresh! You get to talk with the farmers that ordered and planted the seeds, weeded, harvested, cleaned and arranged whatever is in our stand. We know the intimate journey of our produce and flowers from seed to your hands.

We are happy to grow super tasty, high quality produce and flowers for you. Our regular customers sometimes travel miles to shop at our stand as they tell us our tomatoes, eggplant, basil and other products are the best and freshest they have ever tasted. They also love our warm, helpful customer service. If it’s not in the stand, but is out on the farm, we will do our best to get you what you desire!

We can offer advice for your home gardens, so feel free to contact us. We love to share our knowledge with others!

Check out our Facebook and Instagram accounts for timely news.

More Farm Stand Information

Bring friends and family, meet your farmers and watch your food grow! We sell the old-fashioned way…drop by our beautiful farm, see what’s fresh, get inspired and make dinner! Linda grew up next to a farm stand and would shop daily with Mom, then bring home the freshest produce to prepare meals. We have re-created this method of drop-in “farm shopping”. We enjoy connecting with customers right at our farm to provide you with exceptional, tasty produce and lovely flowers. Think of us as your little green market!

We are open seasonally and daily, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Our peak season is June through October, though we sometimes have items into November. Each shoulder season is different and weather dependent. See our Product List for what we grow each year.

We love offering our certified organic produce to nearby neighbors and short-term visitors alike. Our high quality vegetables, herbs and flowers are beloved by all! We have a few cut flowers in summer and dried flowers in fall/winter for arrangements or wreath making in our stand.

We can accommodate special orders so just ask! Contact us if you have an event, would like to make a bulk order of something, such as basil for pesto or would enjoy a bouquet of flowers for a small dinner party.

If we have a moment, we can show you around. We occasionally harvest on the spot for customers if it’s not in the stand! You cannot get much fresher than that! We are small, but mighty, and pride ourselves on wonderful customer service and high quality produce!

The best way to know what’s in our stand, or learn about special farm events, is to join our mailing list. Head over to our Contact Page to sign up. You are also welcome to call or email us before you make a trip to the stand.

Farm stand operating procedures

Our procedures keep both our customers and us safe. We keep the door open as much as the wind and rain will allow to keep fresh air flowing through and we sanitize the Farm Stand throughout the day. We pre-bag most refridgerated produce for food safety reasons.

As the Covid virus ebbs and flows, we request our customers follow prudent protocols depending on the current situation. We will do our part to maintain a healthy space and we ask you to be conscientious by employing some of the following as needs arise and to be respectful of others. If the virus is at a high level in our community please consider doing the following:
If you are ill, please do not shop at our stand until feeling better. If you are recovering from illness, please wear a mask when inside the stand. Use provided sanitizer on hands before touching produce and making payment.

Payment options in 2023:
1. Cash
2. Personal check to Blanchard Mountain Farm
3. Venmo: Search in Businesses for Blanchard Mountain Farm or use the posted QR code
4. Contactless Credit Card (with chip) if Linda or Walter are available to assist
5. If you would like to pre-pay to shop in our Farm Stand, just ask. We are happy to do that!
6. PayPal: paypal.me/BlanchardMtFarm We accept PayPal but is least preferred as our fees are high
